Easy to Cook Method
Versatile Dish The great thing about this dish is that it literally only takes around half an hour to cook, and you can mix and match the ingredients. No worries about presentation, cost or time, it can be whizzed out in next to no time. Try a variety of the aforementioned sauces, and also a range of vegetables that can be cooked simply in a pan. Chickpeas, sweetcorn, peas, any in fact that can be bought in bulk in tins, frozen packets or fresh. For something a little more extravagant, try mangetout, larger open mushrooms cut up small, or a set of spring onions. Whatever takes your fancy, give it a whirl and be creative! The spiciness of the sauce combines well with the crunchiness of the vegetables and the succulent chicken. Great for a late summer meal, but also for a hearty, warming meal to brighten up any miserable autumn evening.
