Semi-Homemade Cheesy Chili Bake
2 cans (15 oz each) Hormel Turkey Chili with Beans
1 ½ cups uncooked macaroni noodles
1 small red onion, finely chopped
1 green pepper, finely chopped
1 small garlic clove, minced
1 ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Cook the macaroni noodles according to the package directions.
In a large skillet, melt 2 tbsp of butter or margarine.
Add the onions, peppers, and garlic to the pan and sauté over medium heat until softened.
Add both cans of chili to the sauté pan.
Turn the heat to low and leave on heat until well heated.
Once the noodles have cooked, drain the macaroni and add to the chili.
Remove the mixture from the heat.
Place the chili and macaroni in the casserole pan.
Stir on the shredded cheese.
Bake for 10-15 minutes.
Pasta Roni Primavera
1 Box Pasta Roni Nature’s Way- Creamy Parmesano
1 whole zucchini, sliced
1 whole yellow squash, sliced
1 green pepper, cut in thin strips
1 red bell pepper, cut in thin strips
1 medium onion, chopped
1 glove garlic, finely chopped
¼ cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
3 Tbsp butter or margarine
1 Tsp Freshly ground black peppercorn
Cook the Pasta Roni according to the box directions.
In a large sauté pan over medium heat, melt 1 tbsp of butter.
Add the vegetables to the sauté pan and sauté the vegetables until vegetables are softened, about 10-15 minutes then turn the heat to low.
Once the Pasta Roni is cooked, add the pasta to the sauté pan with the vegetables.
Add the remaining butter and freshly cracked peppercorns.
Toss over low heat until well-combined.
Remove from heat, add freshly grated parmesan cheese, and serve.
Semi-Homemade Creamy Crab and Asparagus Soup
2 Can Campbells’ Condensed Cream of Asparagus Soup
1 ¾ cup Milk
1 Small Onion Diced
5 Strips Bacon, Diced
2, 6-oz packages of crab meat
Pinch Nutmeg
½ tsp fresh ground black pepper
1 Tbsp butter or oil
In a large saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter or heat the oil.
Once heated add the bacon and onion to the saucepan.
Cook the bacon and onion, stirring frequently. Once cooked, turn the heat to low.
Add the soup, milk, and seasoning to the saucepan with the sautéed bacon and onion and stir well.
Heat the soup over low heat, stirring often to ensure the soup does not stick to the bottom of the pan.
